These terms govern your use of winwithprime.com. They're short because the site is simple: it's where we publish what we know and where qualified operators apply to work with us. By using the site, you agree to them.

Use of the site
You may browse, read, link to, and share our content for any lawful purpose. You may not scrape the site to resell its content, misrepresent it as your own, attempt to interfere with the site's operation, or submit forms with false information or automated tools.
Content and intellectual property
Everything on this site: articles, copy, design, the Revenue System Scorecard, and the Prime Marketing name and marks: belongs to Prime Marketing LLC unless credited otherwise. Quote us with attribution and a link; don't republish whole pieces without permission.
Educational content, not professional advice
Our blog, scorecard, and guides are educational marketing content based on our experience. They are not legal, financial, or accounting advice, and results described in our case studies and articles are specific to those engagements: your results will depend on your business, market, and execution. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of outcomes.
Client engagements are governed separately
Applying through this site does not create a client relationship. The Growth Blueprint, the Growth Engine, and any infrastructure work are governed by the engagement terms presented at checkout or in your service agreement: including scope, fees, and the Blueprint's non-refundable terms, with the one refund exception stated in the Refunds section. If those terms and this page ever conflict, the engagement terms win.
Refunds
The Blueprint investment is non-refundable, except that if Prime Marketing LLC cannot deliver the Blueprint, we refund the amount paid for it in full. A delay caused by access we have not yet received is not a failure to deliver.
Third-party links and services
We link to outside resources and use third-party services (described in our Privacy Policy). We're not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or their practices.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Marketing LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from services provided by Prime Marketing LLC, are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You and Prime Marketing LLC both consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts located in Riverside County, California, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. If a court finds this venue selection unenforceable, you and Prime Marketing LLC both consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the state courts of California and the federal courts located in California, and the rest of this section stays in effect. You confirm that you are using this site, and any services you buy from Prime Marketing LLC, for business purposes and not for personal, family, or household use.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
